Students Say Thanks
Thank a Donor Day
Once a year, the Office of Advancement partners with Augusta University students to acknowledge the generosity of our donors in a special and personal way.
The purpose of Thank a Donor Day is to educate students about the importance of giving back and how private giving makes all the difference in the educational experiences of students. Throughout the day, we collect student thank you notes, photos, video messages, and other expressions of gratitude to thank donors for their generosity.
Our study abroad program exposes our students to new cultures, languages, and a better understanding of global issues, all the while aimed at the completion of their individual degrees. However, for many students, this opportunity often comes with the financial burdens of traveling abroad. The Office of Advancement and the Study Abroad Office offer scholarships to our students to help pay for these unforgettable experiences and educational opportunities. If you would like to contribute to our scholarship fund or to any other part of study abroad, we encourage you to donate to the Study Abroad Fund here.
